Age verification is the single required step before any deposit, any bonus, any demo-mode spin that requires an account. It takes 8-12 minutes on average. Here is every detail a Filipino first-timer should know.

| PRC License | Sometimes | Profession-specific acceptance |
| Voter's ID | Sometimes | Older voter IDs often rejected, newer COMELEC ID accepted |

The upload flow
Step 1: photo of front of ID. Camera flash off, well-lit, all four corners visible, no glare. Step 2: photo of back of ID (if ID has data on back). Same rules. Step 3: selfie holding the ID. You and the ID both visible, face clear, ID clear. Step 4: confirm name exactly as printed on ID — typos here cause automatic rejection. Step 5: confirm date of birth (must be 21+). Submit.
Common rejection reasons and fixes
- Glare on ID laminate — re-shoot without flash, slight angle off-perpendicular
- Blurry photo — clean camera lens, steady hands, good light
- ID edges cut off — place ID on flat surface, include margin around all four corners
- Name spelling mismatch — type name EXACTLY as on ID, including middle initial punctuation
- Expired ID — use a non-expired ID or get the current ID renewed at DFA/LTO
- Face not matching selfie — re-take selfie with same lighting as ID photo, no sunglasses/heavy makeup
How long does it take
During Manila business hours (09:00-21:00 Asia/Manila): 8-12 minutes median. Outside business hours: 30-90 minutes as overnight review runs in batches. Weekend: slightly slower, still under 2 hours typically. If your KYC hits 6+ hours pending, open live chat — there is usually a simple fix.
What happens if you are underage
KYC will reject and the account will be permanently flagged. Any deposit made before KYC completed is auto-refunded to source (GCash) within 72 hours. No cash-out possible until 21st birthday (which does not automatically unblock a flagged account — you would need to open a fresh account with a fresh email). Do not attempt to use a family member's ID. Underage fraud is a criminal matter, not a warning. 21 is a hard minimum. No exceptions. No workarounds.
